Why Breathwork?

Our bodies have been quietly cataloguing ALL our life experiences. Traumas—whether physical or emotional—create blockages and “stuck” energy within the tissues, cells, muscles and psyche. The blocks may manifest themselves in all types of symptoms and dis-ease… Your pure egoless breath knows how to find and heal these experiences; quickly, efficiently and without drama.

What is it? 

It’s an hour long guided breathing meditation practice. Where we breathe in a conscious, continuous connected pattern of breath. It’s the same natural pattern we breathe when we laugh and cry whole heartedly, that’s been around since time eternal!

How does it work?

The deliberate pattern of breathing during a breathwork session allows the breath—chi, prana, life force—to course through the body, find blockages, and clear energetic pathways. This allows energy to flow unobstructed and the body to heal.

What are the results?

Breathing in this manner magically releases the “held” memories in our bodies and connects us to our natural-state-of-being. It opens the doorway to peace, harmony and even bliss; allowing us to be fully alive, present, and open hearted. All this happens without uttering a word!

While the benefits derived from a breathing practice are different for everyone, here are some of the most frequently reported feelings:

Each Breathwork Circle builds on the previous. Layers of traumas and blockages are cleared. The more you practice, the more layers are dissolved, the more clear and happy you become.

In their book, The Healing Power of the Breath, doctors Richard P. Brown and Patricia L. Gerbarg write: “Studies are revealing that, by changing the patterns of breathing, it is possible to restore balance to the stress response systems, calm an agitated mind, relieve symptoms of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), improve physical health and endurance, elevate performance, and enhance relationships.”

CANCELLATION POLICY

Q. What if I’ve signed up and realized I can’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances?

A.With no penalty, you can change and reschedule yourself up to four hours before the start time of the VBC.
Less than four hours before the start of the VBC you will be charged the full amount.

Looking for a unique way to “celebrate” a birthday, milestone or holiday with your own family, friends or tribe? Book a private virtual breathwork circle to commemorate the occasion!
You choose the date and time, provide input on intentions for the circle and I will handle the rest! Packages start at $379 for up to eight guests.
