How to Prepare for a VBC
1. Familiarize yourself with Zoom and test your device. The Zoom link will be in your confirmation and reminder emails.
2. Be sure you have a solid Wi-Fi signal. If there's someone else in your household participating in the VBC, please be in different rooms with your doors closed to help prevent feedback.
3. Rest your digestion for two hours before the start.
4. Select your space. Be in a private, warm, quiet and safe space. If possible, sage the space and light a candle for the duration.
5. Prepare your padding on the floor (not a couch or bed). Lie on a yoga mat on the floor, with a pillow for support under the head and knees (optional). Have a blanket for your body and eye pillow or cover for your face.
6. Angle your device so that I can at least see your chest and head. Please spend time figuring this out before the VBC. I am available 30 minutes before each VBC. You are welcome and encouraged to join early so that I can check that your camera is in a good spot to allow me to see you and provide feedback to you during the session.
7. Make sure your device has adequate power for the 1+ hour Circle. (Best that it’s plugged in.) I don't want to lose you.
8. Turn off all devices and notifications (cell phones, etc.) except the Zoom.
9. Join early as we start promptly on the hour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Q. What if I’ve signed up and realized I can’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances?
A.With no penalty, you can change and reschedule yourself up to four hours before the start time of the VBC.
Less than four hours before the start of the VBC you will be charged the full amount.
